Gaviria wins again in San Juan, Barbier second

Today's fourth stage was the longest of the tour (193km) with about 20km of climbing at the middle of the course, but the race came back together on the very long downhill section. Fernando Gaviria (UAE-TeamEmirates) took the second victory of this year's Vuelta a San Juan. Rudy Barbier (Israel Start Up Nation) came fast from behind in the closing meters and finished second. Latvian sprinter Maris Bogdanovics (Amore e Vita

- Prodir) finished 17th, Norman Vahtra 42nd and Viesturs Lukševics 75th, all of them were credited the same time with the winner.
