Lonardi Giovanni won the 2nd stage in the Tour of Antalya, Räim lost the leader's jersey

It was a hard day with lot of rain and many smaller climbs at the beginning of the 165km long stage. The main field was spilt and a group of 50 riders formed in the front. Finally it came down to a sprint between the rescapees and Lonardi Giovanni (Bardiani CSF Faizane) won the stage ahead of Gianni Vermeersch (Alpecin Fenix). Lonardi is also the new leader of the race as Mihkel Räim (Israel Start Up Nation) didn't make it to the front group and finished finally in the easy taking grupetto loosing 5m17s to the winner. Other Estonian Aksel Nõmmela (Bingoal Wallonie Brussels) was just behind him on the 78th position. They had also a Latvian, Pluto Martins (A BLOC CT) in their group. Norman Vahtra came in on the 120th position.
