Quintana won on the Mont Ventoux, Kangert 13th

Nairo Quintana (Team Arkea Samsic) won the 3rd stage of the Provence Tour ahead of Alexey Lutsenko (Astana Pro Team) and Hugh Carthy (EF Pro Cycling). The Colombian climber showed his climbing skills in the new jersey on the first race of the year and took also the leader's jersey from Aleksandr Vlasov (Astana Pro Team) who finished 4th and is 2nd in GC now. Quintana's attack was well prepared with his teammate Winner Anacona putting on a furious tempo on the bottom of the climb. Estonia's Tanel Kangert (EF Pro Cycling) did a good climb too and finished 13th of the stage.
