Remco Evenepoel crushed the TT of the Vuelta San Juan
European Champion Remco Evenepoel (Deceuninck Quickstep) showed the fastest time on the straight 15,5km long road leading to the top of the Punta Negra Dam. He was faster of the races second Philippo Ganna (Italy) by 32s and the third placed 43 years old(!) Oscar Sevilla (Team Medellin) lost already 1m8s.
Evenepoel is now the new leader of the race, but he confirmed in the post race interview, that he will take it day by day and is not thinking about the GC yet.
Norman Vahtra finished 84th, Viesturs Lukševics 134th & Maris Bogdanovics 144th.
