Video: Toms Flaksis continues coaching promissing cyclists in Tartu2024/

As Latvian continental team Rietumu/Delfin folded at the end of 2018, Latvians made a deal with Amore e Vita continental team for 2019, so the best riders could keep racing on the international calendar races. For 2020 their coach Toms Flaksis joined the Tartu2024/ with three promissing Latvian U23 riders. Toms has a good reputation as a coach, he has been helping guys like Peeter Pruus (former MTB marathon European Champion), Krists Neilands (Israel-Start Up Nation) and Emils Liepins (Trek-Segafredo).

Toms gave us a preseason interview in English, he joked in the video interview, that he doesn't speak Estonian yet, but hopes to sing soon Estonian songs the same way as Antti-Jussi (Finnish rider of the team) does. Check more from the video.
